I've never had a plumbing issue but found myself stuck with one. Tried all methods all resulted in failure, the toilet was still clogged. So I searched for plumbing businesses and looking over Roto-Rooter customer satisfaction I decided to set up an appointment with them to help my unclog my toilet. The tech, Johnny, arrived and was very polite and even had a trainee who was there along with him. Unable to unclog the toilet they went and pulled out this device that had a camera built in to see what was the obstruction and it happened to be a toilet bowl fresher I placed in and the plastic piece fell in and caused a blockade. He was able to pull it out by taking down the whole toilet n using pliers to pull it out! He politely advised to never purchase that product again, and I shall not. Once it was all said and done he reassembled the toilet and I flushed the toilet and everything was good to go! Thank you guys! I would definitely recommend to a friend.
