I am writing on behalf of my 78 year old mother-in-law, Elizabeth who does not have access to the internet. Elizabeth was extremely impressed and grateful for the superb Plumber service from your Detroit location she received from the service technician, Eric D. Eric was extremely polite, informative, and gave her several options to resolve the problem. Price is a huge factor for Elizabeth, as with so many senior citizens these days. She was not able to afford to replace the toilet, but instead Eric replaced the valve and flapper. Eric also made sure to clean up the area before leaving. The service she received was as if she was family or a special customer and he really cared to help her. Thank you again for the awesome service she received! Elizabeth will definitely call on Roto-Rooter should she ever need your services again.\r
