My son spotted water rising up from the floor drain and called me down. We used the mop bucket and the shop vac to keep the water at bay while I called the first plumber that came up when we googled plumbers in our area. I was panic-stricken and called Roto Rooter, hoping I wasn't making a huge mistake.
Eric arrived 1 hour later, was thorough, gave me a price before starting the work, was friendly and got to work right away and insisted on cleaning up after himself despite the fact we were already mopping everywhere. They also gave us a great quote on fixing the plumbing problems that have been plaguing us for months now.
We will definitely be calling Eric at Roto Rooter again to fix any plumbing problems in the future.
