Review content:
We purchased our first home and were greeted with a flooded basement on our 2nd day there. The company that our home warranty sent out to fix the problem couldn't do so and misdiagnosed our problem.
I immediately called Roto-Rooter. Their technician Kyle was polite, friendly, reassuring to new homeowners and competent.
Kyle worked for 8 hours to clear our drain. He acquired different equipment from 2 different Roto-Rooter offices to solve our problem.
Our drain was completely cleared of years of tree root growth at a fraction of the cost we expected.
We were pleased with the professionalism of the technician and the supervisor who came to assess our problem. Kyle also went the extra mile to clean the mess in our basement.
Even though our repair lasted well past sundown, in the cold and dark outdoors, no corners were cut.
We would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter for future needs.
