Aaron came to our house today because we had a back-up in the drain of our basement whenever any water was running (shower, bath, etc) for over 10 minutes. My husband is very handy and tried all the tricks of the trade to get the blockage out himself, but it was too far from to drain to locate it. Aaron was extremely courteous, quick, and helpful! He located the problem within minutes and even waived the video fee for us. He cleared the clog quickly and even showed us the water running out of the water main to the street as how it should always look. He showed us how the drains were inter-connected and what he found on the video of our pipes. We could not have asked for better service from Aaaon and Roto-Rooter. If any other problems should occur, we will contact Roto-Rooter and ask specifically for Aaron. We can't thank you enough, Aaron!
