I called and needed somone today! They told me no problem, I waited and waited I called again and they told me I was next on the list and it should be no more than 1 hour. After 1.5 hours I called again only to hear the same story. When 5:30 in the afternoon came I called again only to hear that it could be anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours, but they don't work past 6:30. So that meant there was a chance no one would come out at all today. I waited all day to find out they most likely would not be out, but they would never say that directly. But the last time I called they did tell me I was not anywhere near being next in line. Poor Representation. If I would have known earlier in the day I could have called someone else. Instead it is now 6:20 pm on Friday and I am underwater and need help.
This company has no understanding of immediate needs and no conscience to fairly represent their workload and discuss with potential customers.
I give them no stars.
