Roto-Rooter wasn't the first estimate we received or the lowest, but it was the most detailed, concise appraisal of the job. Every aspect of supplies and application was detailed on our estimate. The next day, two personable and soon proven very capable workmen showed up bright and early and went straight to work. The equipment was first rate and soon drew the attention of the neighbors, especially the men who all wished for a turn at the backhoe. The job was monumental, digging down 20 ft and reconnecting to the main sewer line. The men finished the job as projected and when they left the area, almost undesturbed to the naked eye, including my landscaping. Roto-Rooter is our only plumbing service from now on.
