They are very accomodating before the work is done, but if you need anything afterwards it's like pulling teeth. The week after they "leveled" the front of our house the dishwasher broke and flooded the house. The water all ran to pool in the very section of the house that they had supposedly fixed. The bathroom door oon the front of the house could not be shut, there was no way. When we called the office the person I needed to talk to was never available and failed to call back. I eventually reached someone but I might as well have been talking to the wall. Later there were torrential rains and the bathroom door now shuts, and we have several sink holes around the section of the foundation where the dirt was not put back in solidly enough.
I specifically asked to have the entire house "leveled" at that time and was assured repeatedly that there was no need. Well, we have cracks in the sheetrock and doors that don't either shut or stay open. I'll tell you what, we WONT be callind Foundation Repair for the next phase!
