Review content:
My family is a cook's nightmare (mine) or, if you are Chef Mader, an exciting challenge. At our initial meeting she took down lots of notes on all of our family members' many, many likes and dislikes and actually came up with several menu choices where we could all sit down and eat the same dinner! It wasn't easy...one person can't have tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant or peppers. One kid likes rice, one doesn't. My husband doesn't like most vegetables and definitely not mixed in with anything! And, I have gone through a few diet phases that Heather has easily accommodated. She has been cooking for us weekly now for a few years and continues to surprise us with new taste sensations. I don't have to dread each evening the inevitable question ""What's for dinner?"" Now, after a busy day, I just look over my weekly menu and ask everyone what they feel like eating tonight. When I do cook, it's because I want to and its fun. I love Heather's food and she has a wonderful personality to go with it. On my cookdate each week, she shops for the all organic ingredients before arriving, always arrives when she is supposed to, works quickly and leaves the kitchen sparkling. I highly recommend Heather without any reservations!
Pros: I know my family is getting fresh, organic, healthy, great tasting homecooked meals that they'll love!
