Jackpot!! 10 phones calls and 5 "Free Consultations" later I feel I finally found the perfect criminal defense attorney, JOHN BRENNAN, and one that actually cares about my husband's case. Why? During my consultation, he took the time to call me back after business hours and he not only LISTENED & ANSWERED all my legal questions but gave me options to think about regardless of how confused I sounded:( My husband is currently in custody facing a serious 3rd strike and we really need an attorney to leave no detail undiscovered. If you have ever been there before or had a friend or family member in that situation, then you know how mentally, physically and emotionally draining the court system can be while you wait for that dreadful "sentencing date". Out of all the attorneys I have spoken with over the past 3 months regarding my husband's case, I knew in the first 10minutes of our conversation John would be able to understand and communicate well with my husband because his tone is CARING, HONEST and DIRECT about defense legal strategies and that's the kind of attorney I can trust to be fair and represent my husband truthfully!!!!!!
