I purchased a laser hair removal package and thought I was getting a great deal. Well, this facility NEVER has availability! I called just before Christmas to schedule my first appointment, and was told first availability was the last week in February. So I had 1 leg treatment, which went fairly well. Other than the 25 minute wait in the waiting room, the procedure itself was smooth, painless, and the Dr thorough in her explanation (I've had laser in other areas before, so its not new to me). I didn't see any reduction in growth, but didn't expect any because it was my first treatment. I booked my second appointment for 6 weeks later, but a week before they called and had to reschedule due to the Dr leaving town. I work full time, so finding time to leave work for an hour+ is tough. We rescheduled for 2 weeks later. A work meeting for me just came up, so I just called to reschedule and the first appointment is not available until June! So since my first call in December, I've had 1 treatment in 6 months because their availability sucks. So much for being hair-free before swimsuit season! I don't think laser is as effective if you space out treatments that far. I have since found better laser treatment centers, and incredibly angry I already pre-paid this package and its impossible to get service from them.
