I LOVE working out with Jean!! She is very knowledgeable about fitness and she knows how the body works. She took the time to get to know me and my body and she has developed the perfect workouts for ME! Everybody is different and instead of doing things the easy way and being a robot with her clients she gives everyone the individual attention that they deserve. I have lost 20 lbs and there is no stopping me now!!!
