This review is based on not just my personal experience but also my friends and the guests who attended my son's birthday party would agree with my review.
I have been planning my son's birthday for quite a while and finally decided will go with Curry leaf Banquet Hall as prior to this we had been catered the food twice from the same place.So thought might as well use their Banquet for our party.
I have been coordinating with the Manager dealing with the Banquet Hall for more than a month and negotiating the price,
food,arrangements,decorations ,music and freaking damn each n every single details related to the party !! And every time we talked, he convinced me not to worry anything related to the party.They will take care of each n every single thing and keep us tension free !!
And just the day before the party when we called up to make sure everything was take care of..he still convinces us to NOT TO worry about it. Trust us and our service!!
So here we go an hour ahead of the party to arrange the things and set up and decor...the freaking Manager changes the whole view..He DENIES to everything which was agreed upon on and totally refuses to coordinate with us! Imagine guyz, u have ur party starting in half an hour, how would u feel !!Guests arriving any moment and the place not set up the way we discussed.He wasn't even ready to set up an extra table for guests nor would allow us to decorate as we discussed !! The music system was not working well too.
The WORST thing yet to come. The food which arrived lacked the quality and the quantity !!! They were served in small trays.
The worst is not finished yet...The so called Manager STOLE the food in front of the guests and putting it away in the fridge !! He had 2 big bowls which he used to fill the chicken pieces from the Chicken Kadai dish and the Paneer from the Paneer chili dish !! And all was left was the gravy which was served for the guests !!!
At the end they charged extra for the small kids though we had ordered Pizza separately for the kids and made us pay for freaking screen which allowed us to put the Birthday Banner for $25 dollars !!
U lost the customer who was royal to u for the past 3 yrs and recommended the best about the restaurant, food and service to all the friends and family.
Last but not least, WORST experience and Thanks a lot Curry Leaf for spoiling my son's first birthday party !!!!
