I am a photographer and recently finished shooting a wedding. Before I could even make an attempt to transfer images from the SD card onto my computer, the card became inaccessible. I had hundreds of photos on the SD card. If I didn't deliver these photos to my client, not only would I lose this job, I could possibly lose my reputation and future projects. I was in shock, I couldn't even stand. I had limited time to do something about this, and re-shooting wasn't an option. I contacted Data Recovery Services after I found them on the internet to see what my options are. The next day I brought the SD card for diagnostics and the next day or so I went to sleep with my fingers crossed under my pillow. On one end I have my client who's wedding I may have possibly ruined who I now have to stall for time, and on another end I am hoping I made the right decision and this company can recover the images. Once I heard back from Data Recovery Services, I got the good news I was hoping to hear. I was told the data is recoverable, it would take a few days, and they needed my approval to continue. I didn't hesitate and elected to continue with the recovery process. I was still sleepless a for a few nights, I needed to see the images with my own eyes to be relieved. It took about 3 days with their Standard Service after the diagnostics process to complete the recovery. I rushed over there to verify the content and once doing so I felt relived. Data Recovery Services got me out of a really tight situation, saved my reputation, and delivered lifetime of memories in the photos I took during the wedding to my client. For that, I say thank you.
