Review content:
Even though the price may be right, it's not worth it. They promised my things in California from Boston on the 7th but didn't even leave MA until the 5th. Something about having 21 days to move it though they picked it all up on December 17th, more than enough time for them to move it. When they finally got here to CA, they made an appointment for between 7 and 8 am but didn't get there until 10:30. After arriving, they said that they had to assess an additional $100 because of ""extra stairs"". So after waiting 2 and a half weeks for my stuff, missing hours of work because of missed appointments, I had to pay more than agreed upon so they would give me my things. It's not worth it to save a few bucks when you already have to deal with moving to a new place.
Pros: The pick up was fine.
Cons: Everything after the pick up was horrible. Communication, service, timing, courtesy, etc. Esp. actually getting me my stuff.
