I had a wonderful experience with them, it was more than I expected. I had been going to another facility in San Jose. I did my research, and wanted to make sure they were Diamond certified. I went through that website, and I ended up finding Koss, which was closer. I wanted to get a second opinion, so went there for the first time. The customer service was great, Bob was so nice. He took the car in, worked on it as soon as he could, and made me feel comfortable. Once I received the car back I was so thrilled to see what an excellent job they did. They did an interior cleaning, and vacuumed and shampooed the carpets inside. It was great. I'm making sure I tell everyone I know to go there because it was such a great experience.
