Review content:
Real Property Management (RPM) charged my husband and I a $50 per person application fee. We were told that they do not base approval on credit score, approval is ultimately based on rental history. They also advised us that if we don't have any utilities in collections, we make 3 times the rent, and had good rental history we were sure to get the home. We thought since we meet all of these qualifying factors it was a no-brainer that we would be approved to rent the home. Well, we were denied. I found out from both of my previous landlords that they were NEVER contacted by RPM. Nor did RPM bother to verify employment. I would NEVER EVER recomend them to anyone! They took our money and ran.
