Review content:
The worst service I have ever received in my home! Lenny the manager was controlling the service extended from the office. After a week of mishaps with their online scheduling the arrived late, when Gabe asked me to check the carrots done, stated there was too much water left and would leave water stains on this plush white carpet. Lenny was called and I was told they could only tale out so much water ( which I knew to be untrue) next day after drying HUGE yellow stains all over carpets that were cleaned. Next guy sent, some water stains removed, others added, week later Gabe back and Lenny was now saying these were cat stains. (dint know how that came into equation) After huge disrespectful argument with Lenny, again, where I repeated that they are water stains they are leaving, stains were sprayed with a ph balanced spray that would only remove water stains, which they did. They still need another treatment, but I am never inviting that back into my home! Their manager never called, hence the review.
