We wanted to express our gratitude and appreciation to Water Damage Charlotte for the wonderful job you did after the flood we had in our basement these past two weeks. When we found our basement under water on March 15, you responded immediately, removing rugs, rotting floors, baseboards and buckling tiles. In addition, you removed and saved several rugs and returned them in perfect condition after the basement had been dried, cleaned and restored. Thank you for the excellent work, and for being here as often as necessary, supervising every step of the way. Water Damage Charlotte…you are the best!
