Review content:
Like everyone else, the positive reviews attracted me to this company for my move end-April from NYC to L.A. Well, my very strong recommendation is DO NOT USE this company. My first impressions were very positive, the crew was great, and I still appreciate the attitude of the team. Packing was part of our agreement, so they did it all for us - so effectively had ""custody"" of our belongings from the start to the finish of this journey. However on arrival in L.A. the two most valuable objects in the entire shipment, an Italian glass statue and a sculpture (both of which we've owned for around 20 years) had been inadequately packed in newspaper only (no bubble wrap) and were shattered beyond repair. We are, naturally enough, deeply upset. Customer service in LA was woefully inadequate. I've moved literally tens of times over the years, and have never experienced such damage.
