Review content:
My sister recommended these movers as she used them from New York to San Francisco. The New York staff is incredible. The estimate was very accurate, always got a prompt response, and specific advice. The pick-up movers were great, too. Careful, quick, on time. The only problem was that our grill did not fit in the truck. We wish we had known that would happen so that we could have sold it. Another reason to be as specific as possible when getting your estimate or ask to be picked up first since the truck will likely have your stuff in addition to someone else's. Then in LA, we found an apartment earlier than expected, but was only allowed to move up our delivery by 1 day instead of 4. However, they were as accomodating as they could be. When everything arrived, we had 1 broken book shelf, some broken glasses and plates. Things get jumbled in the truck. The important things were very well protected though. And they allow you to submit a claim to get reimbursed for the broken items which is all we could ask for. I strongly recommend CA/NY express.
