Our first expectations were very low since we had been mistreated in the past by other companies. I was instead pleasantly surprised to find that Charlotte Mold Removal went above and beyond to provide the most professional, high quality service we have ever received. The entire staff and crew members remained extremely professional throughout the whole process. Cleanup was efficient every day, and the guys on the job site left their shirts on, which was a pleasant surprise. Communication is very important to us, and Charlotte Mold Removal called us at least every couple of days to update us. They also did a respectable job of handling the communication with the insurance company reps for us too. Thank You Charlotte Mold Removal for helping us through a difficult time so well.
