I was recommended by my gyno to go to eastern woman, Since I had never been in this predicament before I called up eastern woman. When I called the lady on the phone was horrifying! She was very unfriendly and made me even more afraid then I already was. I started doing research online instead of listening to my gyno and found early abortions. When I called the operator was patient and answered every question I had in a very friendly tone. I knew immediately that I would be going here instead of the nightmare of place eastern woman. When I arrived for my appointment although the staff had been so amazing I was still terrified considering I had no idea what to expect. This is a very traumatic experience and its imperative woman be treated in a very caring matter! The waiting room was calming and the staff could not have been better. I was hysterical crying and they took the time to calm me down and explain that the process was not a big deal and there was nothing to worry about. She even told me stories to calm me! I even remember saying to my boyfriend on the way home, ""I wonder how these people are so patient everyday. They have to deal with people like me (someone completely traumatized crying, shaking, asking a million questions) yet every time do it as if its nothing."" During the procedure I was distracted and what i thought was going to be a nightmare was nothing. I felt period cramps for about a half a minute! These people are amazing and I wish everyone in this word could make a difference in peoples lives the way they do. The world would be a better place! Thanks so much for making all the difference!
