We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. NEVER AGAIN!!!! We scheduled a 2PM move with Here To There Movers, knowing that there could be an adjustment to the arrival time, but were informed if they were going to be later than the 2:00 time we would receive a phone call. Almost 2 hours later, we got a phone call indicating they would be picking up our item at the scheduled location in another hour and then arriving at our home with it approximately 3 1/2 hours after our ""tentative"" appointment. I spoke to customer service, what a joke, I was then transferred to a manager who indicated he would tell the driver to ""put a pep in his step"". Gee, thanks, really!?!!? I would not recommend using these people, unless they learn the value of treating the customer with respect and courtesy.
