TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE..HORRIBLE ..HORRIBLE SERVICE...I PURCHASED A ROOM FOR THE NIGHT AND DAY..LITERALLY SPENT AN AVERAGE OF 3 HOURS IN THE HOTEL..AND WAS THERE TO CELEBRATE MY 30TH BIRTHDAY AND 15 MINUTES AFTER WE RETURNED TO THE HOTEL, WE WERE FORCED TO LEAVE BECAUSE OF A NOISE VIOLATION WITHOUT ANY WARNING NOR DID THEY STATE WHY WE WERE BEING KICKED OUT..THE HOTEL HALLWAY HAD LITTLE GIRLS RUNNING UP THE HALLWAYS AND PIGGY BACK RIDES WERE GIVEN BY DRUNKEN PEOPLE..ALSO THE LOBBY WAS FULL OF PEOPLE TALKING AND DRINKING AND WE WERE THE ONES BEING FORCED OUT AFTER 15 MINUTES OF BEING THERE.( IT WAS LITERALLY A CIRCUS IN THE HALLWAY, AND WE NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THAT )...WE HAVE USED THIS HOTEL FOR NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND CAN'T BELIEVE HOW BELITTLED WE FELT LEAVING THIS PLACE...NO REFUND..CALLED THE MANAGER THE NEXT DAY AND SHE WAS JUST AS INAPPROPRIATE AS THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THE BUILDING..NOT TO MENTION THE WOMAN RUTHIE WHO KICKED US OUT... WAS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE COMPANIES IMAGE OF THE MARRIOT...THE MAN WHO CHECKED US IN WAS JUST AS RUDE AS SHE WAS ..WE WERE QUOTED A DIFFERENT PRICE AND HE ARGUED WITH US IN FRONT OF OTHER POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS ABOUT IT..WE TRAVEL ALOT AND USE MARRIOT HOTELS ALL THE TIME AND BY FAR WILL I EVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER MARRIOT HOTEL AFTER THE SOUR TASTE I HAVE IN MY MOUTH FROM THIS EVENT..I WILL GET MY POINT ACROSS ONE WAY OR ANOTHER SINCE NO MEMBER FROM THE MARRIOT SERVICES SEEMED TO CARE..I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO GO ELSEWHERE..I CANNOT BELIEVE THE MARRIOT STANDS BEHIND THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE'S THEY HAVE WORKING FOR THEM...
