If you're looking to hold a convention in the Midwest, this is the most unique and beautiful place you can find. Overlooking the Mississippi River, this architectural beauty is part of the revitalization effort of downtown Dubuque and riverfront. They have plenty of rooms to accommodate a large convention and the view of the river is absolutely stunning. They architects did a great job incorporating locally found materials into the building and designing it to provide a great variety of views from different locations within the building.
