This is to caution anyone who is considering using this company. We had a very bad experience with this company!! It was bad enough they wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount of $$$ for their service (which we declined), they accused us of stealing their tools! I let them come in and look for their tools (twice!) I told them I would look for their tools and if I found them, I would call them. In addition, the office manager (Elaine ???) called to threaten me and tell me that if I did not get her tools back to her she was going to come to my house and rip my vocal chords out of my throat! What professional does that? They are not professional. Funny ending, I found the tools outside ... one of the doofuses left them out there. I had to call the police because I was not comfortable with this company or anyone associated with it to come to my house while I was alone. Unbelievable experience! Thank God, the police came quickly and retrieved the tools. Wow.
