My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima. We had been looking for a car since this past summer. We met with Diego several times and drove various Nissan models. We never felt pressured by Diego to purchase. He spent several hours with us explaining all of the various features of the different models so that we could make the best decision for us and our needs. He would call or email us occassionally to see how we were doing or to let us know of the specials that the dealership was running. We trust Diego completely and will definetly purchase our car from him.
We also had interactions with his team lead, Kristin, and she was always helpful when were there. We feel like they roll out the red carpet for us when we come to Walser. I wish more places were like this. They put the needs of their customers ahead of simply making a sale which in turn has made us customers for life.
