NYBS was an awesome and fun experience. Instead of just reading a book to know what is used to make a drink they give you the actual bar with the bottles. You make just about every popular drink known to man... and woman ;-)... You are also thought how to garnish the drinks and how to prepare the garnishes. The staff is very helpful and the teachers are the best. They are here to make sure you understand what you are doing. They do not just teach you how to make drinks, they also prepare you and help you with your resume when you feel you are ready to go on the job hunt. The best thing is, after you graduate, you can always come back to practice for free.\r

Pros: Fun, Hands on experience, helpful staff, awesome teachers.
Cons: Only con is that I'm upset that I cannot find anything bad.
