anagement -\r I guess I am just an unlucky patron I gave your restaurant another try, with a party of four. Dinner reservations made for 10:30 p.m. Saturday, September 23rd. Being aware of the restaurant's 15 minute window for ALL parties to be seated, we arrived at 10:26 p.m. Three of us got out of the vehicle, the fourth person pulled up to the Valet area. Twenty-five minutes later, the driver arrived. The driver did not have a cell phone with him so we did not know what could have caused his delay. Finally, when he arrived, angry and out of breath, he informed us your Valet service had just closed. He parked at Giant Eagle lot six blocks away. Not a good start to what should have been a relaxing meal.\r Why oh why would Valet CLOSE with people still arriving? And, if Valet closed, why was the Valet sign still displayed outside on both Carson Street AND the side street? Especially when you enforce the 15 minute seating window and parking in SouthSide is next to impossible? Pros: Good for groups Cons: Valet service closed, no authentic chefs
