As far as their face-to-face customer service goes, their people are impeccably awesome to work with, enthusiastic and seemingly knowledgeable, but the actual service they provide is mediocre at BEST.\r

When I was initially referred to them, I took my car in and we seemed to have a working plan on what was to be done with my car, including window tinting and color scheming. After an unnecessarily long few weeks, I got my car back, only to have bubbles in the tint and the color scheme not even close to what we had originally discussed. When I brought it up they offered to fix the tint job, but I would have to pay in full to have the colors redone. \r

It took them an exceedingly long amount of time to finish simple jobs like window tinting and small ECU changes. It usually seems the ONE person who is able to do the job is out for one reason or another. Their prices are nothing to brag about, especially for their quality of workmanship. From the amount of time and effort it took just to get the meeting and plans set up to the time it was all actually said and done, the money spent and time waiting did not factor out. \r

Nowadays, when I call to make an arrangement or even to ask a simple question, I get my information taken down only to be put away and forgotten about. Multiple times I have called, only to be told that ""so-and-so"" is busy and they will give me a call later, which they never do. This has happened three (3) times now. I don't know why I even bother. It is not in any way convenient for me to drive to their location, and I tend to feel jipped whenever I return.\r

They know their stuff, as long as you are talking to the right person at the right time.\r
\r
I'm not saying that they don't know what they are doing when it comes to cars, foreign or domestic, but they certainly do NOT know what they are doing when it comes to running a business.\r

My time and money could have been spent more efficiently by going some place else.
