Review content:
I owned a gym, and I have spent more than fourteen years training amateur and professional fighters. I chose this studio because, as they say, it is the ""real deal."" This is also a place where people of all athletic capabilties can benefit. I have seen competitive athletes as well as mothers to be and people with more life experience (many with arthritis or other debilitating conditions) find new avenues for growth in this environment.
