I have been going to Suze's yoga for the past 6 years and i wish i had been to going to this place even longer, for if i had i would have kept my Health in total balance through the practice of Suze's Dynamic Power Yoga Plus. Suze's has a wonderful team of instructors who are equally wonderful in teaching yoga day in and day out. When my daughter was diagnosed with Idiopathic Scoliosis, i had reached out to Suze for advice and she said that YOGA would be the one that would help her...................and how true for i had my daughter take private lessons with one of Suze's instructors and i have to say her spine is straighter now than it was in 2007. Suze has a beautiful soul that resides in a beautiful heart and she was dead right on that issue , i am so glad i reached out to her. Thank you Suze!!!!!
The studio is amazing and the energy inside is unbelievable. We get a great workout surrounded by color and sound vibrations that add a great dimension to the whole thing.
This place offers classes at different times of the day.........so it gives us a choice on picking a time that works for us. Look up the calendar on the website to find the time that works for you.
Please give this Dynamic Power Yoga Plus a shot and i guarantee you will not regret it, and moreover you might think like me ........wish i had found this place lot earlier!!!!!!!
