Being a Science Major i do not believe unless i see proof of it. i have to say my WHOLE FAMILY benefitted from Suze's Power Yoga tremendously since we were fortunate enough to discover her in July 1999. My husband discovered her. He has a heart condition that we learned about in 1998, and he is a Dynamic Power Yogee since then and that has helped him tremendously, and has kept him heart healthy, through all the great balancing poses of Dynamic Power Yoga Plus!!!!!!!! Our whole family is ever greatful to Suze's Dynamic Power Yoga Plus and the proof is my husband continues to be HEART HEALTHY!!!!! Dynamic Power Yoga is part of our families everyday routine like brushing the teeth. Highly recommend this place to everybody who reads this!!!!!!!
