We suddenly had a dangerous gas leak early one afternoon, Kohls was here within an hour or so of the gas company shutting us off. They worked until the problem was repaired, and waited with us until 10:00 p.m., when the gas company finally turned us on again. Not only were they here quickly, they did an outstanding job, and waited to make sure we were all right before they went home that night.
I don't know how long Kohls has been in business, but about 27 years ago we had central air conditioning installed. It was Kohl Heating and Air Conditioning.
I'm sure I don't need to add that they did a superb job, but I would like to comment on something important. To be in business this many years, Kohls must be doing something right. They have a reputation for doing great work, on time and for a fair price. As a consumer that is what I'm looking for.
