Mike Kohl called me yesterday in regards to my review. The coupon that was offered was for a Forced Air furnance. I have a Gas-fired Water boiler. Mike insisted on refunding the $69.95 as per the coupon. He said he would be better informed on coupon offers on his web page and make sure they state exact specfics. I sensed the pride that he has in his company. That he holds Kohl Heating at a very high standard. He also stated that he will make sure his employees call customers to let them know that they are running late. Mike, apologize more the once on the miscommication. He felt compeled to do the right thing and went over and above what I felt was neccesary. He recognized the problem and corrected it. He could have just moved on and not address the issue. He handled it satisfactory and made it right.
