Review content:
Kohl Heating Services offered a coupon for Fall Service Special $69.95. We made an appointment for 11:30 am. 11:30 came and went we called at 12:50 one hour and twenty minutes later. Was told that he was on another call.They did not have the courteous or professionalism to call and let us know that they would not be on time. Ron arrived at 1:25 pm. While at our home he took a phone call went outside and came back 15 minutes later. He no sooner came back inside and his phone rang again. This conversation lasted several minutes. When we presented the Fall Service Special coupon Ron said it did not apply to this service call. We were not having any issues with our furnace, It was running AOK. We just wanted to have it checked per coupon. Ron charged us $137.00 service/labor and $130.50 for a Tune up Repair Kit. What really upsets me is these type of companies who put coupons out on their web sites and refuse to honor them. We were given a song and dance as to why their coupon was not valid
