Truly a beautiful and helpful experience. I have always been skeptical about my ""ability"" to be hypnotized, and therefore it's ability to help me with whatever I might be hypnotized for, but this experience proved to me that it is not only very easy to access the deeper layers of the mind when given the right circumstances and techniques, but actually an incredibly enlightening, relaxing and profound thing to do.
