Hypnotherapy has improved the quality of my life ten fold. As a practicing surgeon and physician my work can be quite stressful. Four years ago I started experiencing panic attacks both in the operating room and when I had to speak publicly. I was close to quitting my job as a result. In a last ditch attempt to find a solution I called Mind Matters (Lisa Hubler) for hypnotherapy. The results were immediate and I no longer suffer panic attacks. I am happy, relaxed, and confident in my life and career. It was the best decision I have ever made. Thank you Lisa.
