The company I work for uses Koldkist's services and we have had no problems thus this far. So when I decided I wanted to get a water cooler system for my house, I of course went with them as well. I had multiple problems from the beginning. They never set a date for them to come out and set it all up at my house. I kept getting calls from drivers when I was at work saying they randomly dropped by to set it up, and then were rude when I said I was not there to let them in. After they finally called to set the date up, and then met with the driver who told me I should do four bottles not the two I requested since the first four would be free. I agreed. The reciept showed they were charging me for the first four, so he crossed out the charge on the receipt. In the two months I had their service I kept getting a bill for the 4 bottles as well as a rental fee for the cooler each month which when I set it up was ALSO told would be no charge. (This is the same deal they gave to the company I work for.) I called 3 different times to get the charges removed, in which each time they said it would be. On the third time they called me back stating that the person who set it up never told me all of the above and never had to any customer. They refused to remove the charges and basically told me I was a lier. I immediately cancelled my service. I am very big on customer service and businesses making sure the customer is always right. This company has no integrity nor has loyalty to its customers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
