Review content:
I went in there this summer for my children's eye appointments, and they arrived 15 minutes early for their yearly eye exams. They said that they could only take 1 child, and that they didn't have time for my middle. So i agreed to reschedule. The second appointment went out fine, and I got my daughter her glasses. They arrived, and my daughter and I proceed to go get them, but they wouldn't let us. They said we had to pay a $60 fee, and wouldn't even be kind about it, and said ""You have to pay to get your glasses"" I already payed $330 for them, I will not pay another $60. It's not about the money, but they didn't even bother to tell me this before I bought the glasses. They were so rude about it, and asked me to go to the back and talk. It's been 10 days since then, and they haven't even given my daughter her glasses. I refuse to pay because they made the payment final beforehand and now expect me to pay a $60 fee? No thank you, i wouldn't recommend this place.
