I woke up Saturday morning and my eye was very red and painful I called my regular eye doctor in Allen and they told me they were booked and suggested I go to the ER. So I called around and got Modern Family Vision on the phone they seemed VERY concerned and told me to come in right now. I did and when I walked in the office was FULL of people it was NEVER this busy at my other doctor’s office. I am not sure how they could see me and my other doctors office couldn’t. Anyway I did have to wait about 30 minutes but then I was seen, the doctor apologized for the wait REALLY you worked me in I am just thank full I didn’t have to wait in an ER for 6 hours. I got great care by the doctor and the staff was so caring and concerned. I have found my new eye doctor I will never go back to my old doctor. The care I received at my old eye doctor was pretty good but they were not there for me when I needed them. \r
