This place is horrible. There is only one person, David Klot, who is both the manager and also the resume writer. He charges exorbitant amounts for a resume, I was charged over $300 which is way above what other business charge. I thought that for this amount I would be getting a premium service. Instead, I received a resume that looked as it if was made from and for a High school student. The format was very amateur, the wording was slightly descent but not superb, and the attitude of David was horrible. After, I received the first copy I called with concerns, and instead of being open minded and understanding he accused me of being amateur and unprofessional, and has to this date refused to compromise with me. He agreed to fix it and has not done that either. I asked for a refund and he only hung up the phone and is refusing to answer it. Please stay away from this place, it's a rip off, and if my treatment is any indication of his customer service skills, then I will go as far to say that he is horrible.
Pros: I have nothing positive to say about this place
Cons: Unprofessional, bad resume, high cost, and horrible customer servicer
