Caribou Building Group,Inc. has done several insurance and personal repair jobs for my wife & I and they were always done professionally, within budget, and with great care. John Schneider, the owner is a caring individual who can be trusted to do the work without someone always looking over his shoulder. we were at our winter home in Florida when our kids notified us of a water leak at our residence. I called John with whom we had worked before, gave him the combination to our home key lockbox, and he went to our house on a Sunday, assessed the problem, and had his staff working that very same day to start the clean-up process. The repairs to our home took 3 months with Caribou working every day. During the restoration process we were kept informed as needed by John sending us photos and videos via his IPAD and narrating what was being done. We couldn't be more pleased with the work that John has done for us, but our business relationship has turned into a personal relationship with John becoming one of our trusted and caring friends. John is a can-do type of man who does his work without a lot of fanfare, but with integrity and caring. The Mapley's
