My refrigerator was running but freezer stopped getting cold enough. Called a couple places that refused to troubleshoot it over the phone at all and wanted $140-300 for the trip, diagnosis, and probable repair. Then I found Denise at L&G who connected me with Tony, who took 5 minutes out of his busy schedule to talk it through with me and helped me find an obstruction in the fan that was supposed to be blowing on the condenser. Fridge back up and running, and L&G has a customer for life. Highly personable, knowledgeable, AND THEY CARE.
