I have been renting property around clemson for five years now, and APM was the absolute WORST!. when we moved in, the place was a dump. when we moved out, they charged us for the stuff that was messed up to begin with.
the place also had an infestation of cockroaches and mice, and when we asked them to spray the CHARGED us for it!
the took forever for repairs, and charged us unfairly for things. for example, we had an old couch in the yard. instead of calling us and asking us to move it, they removed it and charged us $100. A bunch of snakes, its a shame that such a terribly run business is still in operation.
