Review content:
Jennifer was very rude and couldn't even keep my scheduled appointment. I got a call from her early this morning saying that they would be at my home to replace my windshield between 1 and 3 today however no one showed up. I then called at 3:15 and was told that she meant to tell me between 1 and 4, but that she had no idea where the guy was and that she would call me back. Turns out the driver completely forgot about me. I then called to tell her that I would just take my business elsewhere since they can't keep an appointment and she then started yup yell at me and bashing Safelite, and telling me I'm ruining her life and the life of her 5 kids.
