I was very inpressed with the teamwork demonstrated by all involved. I had an opportunity to do business with California Closets or Closets by Design. I chose Closets by Design because of the design recommendations that Laura originally drafted, the time that you spent with me, Bryan, discussing the design and the various accessory options available to me, how you introduced me to Marcelino and Greg one day in your shop, and the tour of the shop you gave me. The time that Closets by Design invested in me - prior to me even committing to the job - was a key differentiator and gave me the level of confidence and comfort I needed to do business on a job of this size and investment. The professional installation job that Greg and Nelsy completed this past weekend reinforced that decision. Please thank the team at Closets by Design for me.
