Review content:
Made an appointment for a 90K check. I asked for a written estimate, but they were unable (or unwilling?) to provide one. While looking at the breakdown on the computer, I noticed some items on the bill were not equipped on my vehicle. I brought this to their attention and they were removed. We agreed on a new estimate. Three hours later I got the bill but found out that they had not done the 90,000 mile check and not performed the necessary maintenance. After bringing this to the attention of the manager he apologized for the confusion, but was unwilling to honor the previous estimate, claiming it would cost over 200 dollars to finish the job. At this point I decided to cut my losses and take my business elsewhere. I suggest you do as well.
