Never in a million years would I recommend this company franchise. Had our tile cleaned end of 2012, we now have chips in our tiles and pieces of our laminate hardwoods have been damaged from the cleaning. Worst part is, our grout in the tile is now splotchy and discolored. All things of which we were never given any information about before the services were performed, to weigh the pro's and con's and make an informed decision. And regarding the 100% money back guarantee, forget about it! They have come and re-cleaned the area like is in the contract, and still no change besides more tile chips. We have asked for our money back for the areas not completed correctly, and our still waiting. The owner will only agree to a partial refund, even when being directed by corporate HQ to provide more. And then further more will only release us the money once the complaint we filed with the better business bureau is closed so to no adversely direct their score. Talk about bullying and poor business relationships. Side note - also had our air ducts cleaned by them, which was fine expect for the fact that they did not put the basement window back in correctly and we had water pouring down our window later that night during a rain storm. When we called to complain the next day we never even received an apology from the owner. Instead were yelled at like children as "what do we expect our window is old". Funny how this old window survived hurricane sandy but not a simple rain storm. And once the window was put back in right, it hasn't leaked since. Another frustration that was totally unnecessary. Stay away from this company if you prefer to keep your home looking nice.
